Stay up to date on your order status with our simple delivery and tracking process - from order confirmation to dispatch to delivery.

Step 1: Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.


Step 2: Order Dispatched Notification

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will send you a dispatch notification.

This email will include a button linking directly to your Brand Your account, where you can track your package journey.


Step 3: Track Your Delivery

We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a notification confirming it has been shipped, so you know it’s on its way.


Step 4: Receiving Your Order

When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an Order Shipping Notification via email. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery.

Keep an eye on the estimated delivery dates and make sure someone is available to receive the order.
