Stay up to date on your order status with our simple delivery and tracking process - from order confirmation to dispatch to delivery.

Step 1: Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.


Step 2: Order Dispatched Notification

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will send you a dispatch notification.

This email will include a button to take you straight to your Brand Your account, where you can keep an eye on your package’s journey.​


Step 3: Track Your Delivery

You can track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the point of delivery, making it easy to stay informed every step of the way.



Step 4: Receiving Your Order

When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an Order Dispatch Notification via email. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. Be mindful of the estimated delivery dates provided, and ensure someone is ready to receive the order during that time.
