Proof Approval Process
Ensure your order is perfect by following our easy proof approval process. This guide walks you through each step, including how to approve or request changes to your proof.
Step 1: Receive Proof Notification
After submitting your artwork, our design team will create a digital proof. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your proof is ready for review.
Step 2: Review Your Proof
Click the link in the email to go to the "Actions Required" tab in your Brand Your account.
From there, click the “Review Proof” button to open your proof file. Carefully review all the details, including layout, colors, text and positioning.
You will see two main buttons: "Approve and start production" or "Request changes."
Approve and start production: If everything looks good, click this button to confirm. Your order will go to print immediately.
Request changes: If something doesn’t look right, click "Request changes." You can add comments to explain the changes you’d like to see and our design team will make the necessary adjustments and send you an updated proof for review.
Step 3: Approve Quickly to Avoid Delays
To avoid delays, it's important to review and approve your proof as soon as possible. The faster you approve, the sooner we can start production and get your order delivered to you.
