Step 1: Log In to Your Account
To start, log into your Brand Your account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one using the email you used for your previous orders. This will give you access to your order history and invoice downloads.
Step 2: Navigate to 'Past Orders'
Once you’re logged in, click on your account name or icon in the top right-hand corner and select ‘Orders’ from the left hand side menu, then select the ‘Past Orders’ tab. This will show all of your previous purchases.
Step 3: Reorder Easily with the 'Buy again' Button
In the 'Past Orders' section, you’ll find a “Buy again” button next to each of your past orders. All items from that previous order will automatically be added to your cart, which will become visible on the right-hand side of your screen (desktop).
From there, you can:
Adjust the quantity of each item.
Delete any items you don’t need from the cart.
Proceed to checkout when ready.
Step 4: Access Past Invoices
If you need to download an invoice for any previous order, you’ll find the ‘Download Invoice’ button right beside the ‘Buy again’ button in the 'Past Orders' section. Simply click the button to download the invoice in PDF format.
Step 5: Upload Artwork (If Necessary)
For custom-printed products, remember to upload or select your previous artwork before completing your reorder. Instructions will appear if artwork is required.
Step 6: Complete Your Checkout
Once you’ve made any necessary adjustments to your cart, proceed to checkout as usual. Follow the on-screen prompts to finalise your purchase.
