How to Change Your Account Email

This guide provides a step-by-step process for changing your email address associated with your Brand Your account.

Step 1: Log into Your Account

  • Start by logging in with your current email address and password at from the Brand Your homepage here.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, click "Reset password" to reset it.


Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

  • Once logged in, go to your account page by clicking your profile icon in the upper right corner.

  • Then click on the Personal Information tab on the left hand side.

  • Lastly, click "Edit personal details"


Step 3: Update Your Email Address

  • In the "Edit personal details" section, look for the field labeled "Email Address."

  • Remove your current email address and enter your new email, then press "Update".


Step 4: Log in with Your New Email

  • Once updated, use your new email address for future logins. Your password remains the same.
