Option 1: Use the Forgot Password Function

Step 1: Click "Forgot Your Password?"

On the login page, click the "Reset password?" link to start the password reset process.


Step 2: Request a Password Reset

Enter the email address you used to register your account, and we’ll send you a password reset link.


Step 3: Open the Password Reset Email

Check your inbox for an email from us. Click the "Reset Password" link in the email to continue.


Step 4: Set a New Password

You’ll be taken to a page to create a new password. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long, with 1 uppercase letter and a special character.

Enter your new password and press submit.


Step 5: Log In with Your New Password

Return to the login page and use your new password to access your account.


Option 2: Reset Your Password via Your Account

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Access your Brand Your account using your current password.


Step 2: Navigate to the Password Settings

Go to the account settings section and locate the "Edit Password" button.


Step 3: Update Your Password

Click the "Edit Password" button and follow the prompts to set a new password. Ensure it meets the security criteria: at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, and a special character.


Step 4: Save Changes Once you’ve entered and confirmed your new password, save your changes. Your updated password is now active.



Tip: Your password needs to be at least 8 characters, with at least 1 uppercase letter and 1 special character.
