If you’re having trouble activating your account after setup, this guide covers common issues and how to resolve them.

Did you receive the verification email?

After completing the registration form, a verification email will be sent to you. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

  • Still no email? Wait 5-10 minutes, then try resending by re-submitting the account creation form on the on the login/signup page.


Activation Link Not Working?

If the "activate your account" link in the verification email isn’t responding:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try the link again.

  • Or, copy the link URL and paste it directly into your browser’s address bar.


Issues with Password Setup?

After verification, you’ll be prompted to set a password. If you encounter issues:

  • Ensure your password meets our requirements (minimum 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 special character).

  • Reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password" on the login page if necessary.
