If you’re having trouble activating your account after setup, this guide will help you troubleshoot common issues and find solutions.

Didn’t receive the verification email?

After completing the registration form, a verification email will be sent to you. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

  • Still no email? Wait 5–10 minutes, then try resending it by submitting the account creation form again on the login/signup page.


Is Your Activation Link Not Working?

If the “Activate Your Account” link in the verification email isn’t working:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try the link again.

  • Alternatively, copy the link and paste it directly into your browser’s address bar.


Trouble Setting Up Your Password?

After verification, you’ll be prompted to set a password. If you run into any issues:

  • Ensure your password meets our requirements (minimum 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 special character).

  • If needed, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password.
