What you can change
You can update the following at any time while your subscription is active:
Payment method
Subscription frequency/interval
Billing date (up to 30 days into the future)
Skip the next billing cycle
Product quantity
Most changes will apply to your next scheduled subscription order. If an order has already been generated or charged, it won’t be updated.
What you can’t change
Some changes require cancelling and creating a new subscription.
Currently, you cannot:
Swap products within an existing subscription (e.g. Cups → Bags)
Add a new product to an existing subscription
Change billing or shipping addresses
To make these changes, you’ll need to:
Cancel your current subscription
Start a new subscription with the updated details

Does updating my profile address update my subscription?
No. Your subscription’s billing and shipping addresses are set at checkout.
How do I change my subscription address?
You’ll need to:
Cancel your existing subscription
Start a new one with the correct address
This ensures orders are billed and shipped correctly.
Skipping, Pausing & Cancelling
Can I skip a month?
Yes - you can skip the next billing cycle from your subscription settings.
Can I pause a subscription?
Skipping a cycle is currently the best way to pause temporarily.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Once cancelled, no future orders will be placed.

Your first order is billed immediately
Future orders are billed automatically based on your selected frequency
What Happens If a Subscription Payment Fails?
If a subscription payment fails, we’ll automatically try to process the payment again.

We’ll retry your payment method a couple of times
You’ll receive email updates during this process
If payment still fails
If the payment doesn’t go through after these attempts:
Your subscription will be automatically cancelled
No further orders will be placed
You’ll receive a confirmation email
How to restart your subscription
If your subscription is cancelled due to a failed payment, you can restart at any time by:
Restarting your cancelled subscription and updating your payment method, or
Starting a new subscription

Can I swap products without cancelling?
No - product swaps require cancelling and re-subscribing.
Can I add another product to my subscription?
No - once a subscription is active, new products cannot be added to it. You will need to setup a new subscription for these products.
Can I change quantities?
Yes - quantity changes are supported and update immediately.
Can I change my payment card?
Yes - as long as your subscription is active.
